Q. Is there any receipt when we purchase books at school?
A. Yes.
Q. How to handle the receipt? Or can it be thrown away?
A. You should keep the receipt until the end of the school year.
Q. Do I have to check books purchased via school?
A. You are advised to check them thoroughly. Should you find any missing books, please notify the school or us at once. If we do not receive immediate report, we will not be responsible for the missing book.
Q. What should I do to the book with missing pages?
A. Please bring along your receipt to any of our retail shops to have the book replaced. This policy applies to books purchased via school or at any of our retails shops.
Q. What happen if a student transfers to another school?
A. Provided that the returned books are intact with no defaults and smears. (We reserve the rights to make the final decision.)
Q. When I purchase books via school, what should I do if there are missing books?
A. Please notify the school or us immediately for replacement of books. If we do not receive immediate report, we will not be responsible for the missing books. In case books are unavailable because they are not published yet, we will make it clear on the receipt. Once the books are in stock, we will deliver them to the school.
Q. Will your stores prolong the operation hours during the summer holiday?
A. During summer vacations, the operation hours will be prolonged. Please refer to the address of each shop with its operation hours for details.

A. Customers have to call individual branches. Telephone numbers are listed together with the addresses of our retail shops.
Q. Can I order books at your retail shops?
A. Yes, our retail shops provide pre-order services, but the full amount has to be paid in advance.
Q. If I lose my pre-order receipt, what can I do?
A. We will issue you another receipt if you can provide us with your personal information for verification.
